Cant Close FNB Revolving Loan
Cant close FNB Revolving Loan online as the consultant explained to me today, the close/settle option does not appear. I explicitly asked them to do it over the phone as I settled it and now I was forced to lower it to the minimum value of R5000 online and incur another R162 admin fee. Please fix your ****.........................

23 Jan 2019, 15:00Local branch phoned me, took them 2-3 days to figure out if the R168 was a debit or credit and still got it wrong. They created R168 interest and deducted it, where as I actually over paid R168 which they owed me. After that issue they said they will close the revolving loan account, If i log onto my online banking it still shows there until today. Really FNB when did your service become so poor that all I do is write you e-mails about how bad your service is.
