Can't close FNB business account
I have been emailing and phoning FNB to CANCEL my business account. I have emailed them in JUNE!!! If you phone, you hold for hours on end and eventually your airtime runs out and the call gets cut while you are on the phone.
I am still stuck with the account and I WILL NOT pay the banking costs.
This is ridiculous.

03 Aug 2020, 14:52My patience is growing thin. After my last review FNB had now made a reversal on my last banking costs of the business account I have been trying to close. But today the new banking costs went off again. I AM NOT paying a cent. I settled the account and followed the steps to close the account.
