Can't close FNB accounts

I've been trying for the last month to close my FNB accounts. I had someone who helped me, but can't get hold of the person anymore. I sent through all my documents to switch my home loan from FNB to Capitec and received no feedback. I want someone to help me close my accounts. Its a month later and once again I have to pay R420 for nothing.

I want my home loan deduction to be changed to Capitec. I want to close my debit card I want to settle my credit account and close the account.

How difficult can this be?
