cant close accounts FNB opened in error

Last week I tried to open an account online for a new business I recently bought.. the online system opened the account in the same name as my existing account and not the new one. I tried again and the same thing happened. now I am sitting with 2 new accounts that are in the wrong company name. I have tried on numerous occasions to have them closed but fnb wont close them until i send details for sars and tax numbers etc. I filled the first set of paperwork and then they send more. I don't see the point in sending all this info and doing tons of unnecessary paperwork just to have the accounts closed that FNB made the error in opening.
