Can't close account via call centre.

I can open an account with FNB via the call centre but I can't close it via the call centre. What lousiness is that. I can't use the app to close it. Like what is this now I have to stand in a long queue at Maponya mall because Jabulani is closed. I don't want your business anymore now I must suffer still. This is why I'm leaving because it seems I need to go to the branch for everything these days. The call centre can't help with things they used to do off late. I'm at work with 1 hour lunch to stand in a queue outside for 45 mins and 30mins incase the branch. What do you want to fica a R0.00 account?
