Can't cancel policies.

Have been trying to cancel policies for a week where i get put through a wild goose chase of departments who each say i have to call the other or that i will receive a call i never do, i have been transferred and forced to wait 20 minutes without answer then someone merely declines the call. This is the worst service i have ever experienced from FNB.
