Cant believe how kuk these guys are

Requested info on one of my accounts over a week ago, Nischal Juta gets back a few days later, apologizes than says that my private banker Lethamaga (must be my 15th private banker btw) will revert. These guys sit and have a fat chuckle while we wait, they never respond. This bank is a waste of time.
