Cant Access Ewallte with my Telkom Sim!!! NO SMS !! worse I cant get new ewallet smses

I cant access my Ewallet using my Telkom sim I even tried the "With & "Without" airtime USSD codes This shiittiiyyy Bank is ridiculous. Every single time I try to access the eWallet service I have to struggle first. I always have to wait days at a time to make a single withdrawal. This bank is terrible in every way a bank can be terrible. Such poor terrible service, the things we have to endure in order to access our Very Own Money
