Cannot withdraw from our Paypal account.
Struggling for 3 months to withdraw funds from our PayPal account to our business account for Hopelands Village NPC. Numerous phone calls lead to no resolution to the problem. Was supposedly escalated to a Supervisor, but no feedback or resolution.

17 Mar 2026, 17:06I received 1 call and the person could not help me. Told me to phone another number which I did. Also could not help me. The first caller said they would call before close of business. Did not phone back. I still CANNOT WITHDRAW from my Paypal account. Find someone in FNB who solve this problem please.

18 Mar 2026, 10:21Received a call this morning. Went through some processes and my name disappears as a user. Again for the umpteenth time the person could not solve the issue. Sadly we have to now consider an alternative Bank that can solve problems of this nature. Why does it have to get to this?
