Cannot unsubscribe from spam SMS!

Cannot unsubscribe from your spam SMS! had an enquiry awhile back...sadly your staff was not competent to assist and i went to another bank...never did i agree to receive marketing **** from you guys...i tried to stop and still you guys are sending SMS
