CANNOT TRANSFER FUNDS - FNB - NO EXPLANATION ANYWHERE PERTAINING TO ERROR CODE

This morning, I have transferred funds from my FNB Savings account to another account and by accident transferred the incorrect amount. Now, I cannot transfer the funds from the *** Account back to my Savings or Cheque accounts.

How is this possible as I could previously process a transaction like this - AND YES my limits are higher than of that which I need to transfer.

The error code when trying to process the transaction is "53310" which by the way cannot be found online when searched for.

This is BULL**** and unacceptable!!!

Please urgently contact me to rectify the situation or my accounts with FNB will be closed - just as with ABSA Bank. Tired of this ****!! OVER IT!!!
