Cannot Reverse Debit Order from FNB Branch ,Online,App

Good afternoon.

I am very disappointed with the service I receive from FNB call centre and even branches.

from April & May 2020 I could not reverse debit order of R300 from and SanlamIndi R440 MBD INC *** made new arrangements with them to debit on my other account.

R440 SANLAMINDI2JLC I*** April & May R300 MBD INC *** R440 SANLAMINDI2NEQ I***

I dint know what to do now, can you please reverse my debt orders emidialety because I want to use this money for my personal use. And they know that they should debt on other account and other date.

I am very worried because I did tried to reverse the money even using FNB APP but still there are removed functions from app and internet banking.

Can FNB please help me reverse this debit order to my account before I move to other Bank because the service I must receive from my chosen bank are not good.
