CANNOT REVERSE AN INCORRECT DEBIT ON MY FNB ACCOUNT!!!

A debit order for Apple subscription went through my account for around R470. I do not have an apple phone neither do I have an Apple account. Iv tried contacting your call centres. I either get transferred or call is dropped. I want this debit reversed immediately! And I want a stop order on this debit so that it does not go through again! ? Im absolutely furious!
