Cannot resolve issue at all

I'm having a major problem with a payment made to Debtbusters that they were supposed to pay to FNB which is still not reflecting at FNB even though the debit order was taken by Debtbusters on 29 July. Has Debtbusters been in contact with you regarding this non-payment for the month? I have tried at least 4 times to reach them without any success. Also, if I cancel the debit order with them, could I pay the same amount to you directly to continue paying off my debt? I have also tried to reach FNB but are forever put on hold and the message function on the app isn't working yet again.

Reviewer Update
Please note that after receiving a statement from FNB a MONTH later, after having no luck with Debt Busters to give me the correct figures of what I still owe saying that their system doesn't update in 'real time' when it comes to FNB loans, I am officially logging a complaint with the NCR today. Not only do I now supposedly owe more on my overdraft account, than I did four years ago when starting with debt review, I'm being told that the overdraft was split from my cheque account in Sep 2020, but the first payment towards the overdraft was only made at the end of July 2022? So now I must pay a further THREE YEARS just to pay it off, even though it was included on the list of accounts to be paid, starting middle 2018? Also in total I've paid around R240 000 over four years, since I've paid R5000 each and every month without fail. And the overdraft was then never even paid? Furthermore, I received 2 emails from Alice at Debt Busters in July 2021, stating that I only had a few months left to go on my debt review journey. It is now a year later, and now three years are being added because of an overdraft that should have been included in payments from the beginning?
I have requested a Form 29 from the NCR and will be logging the complaint as soon as I receive it.
