Cannot provide any security for your money as a bank

This is the fourth time that I now been a victim to *****elent activities happening in the past year each time I do get my way to the bank they are just sorry and apologetic is all that I hear from them and I need to call the *****elent department which then takes the relevent details and then notify me to say that I will get feedback with 7-30 days However not once do I get a followup nor do I get my money back The last and final straw for me was when on the 30 spetember a amount of R1400 and then 02 October another R500 deducted from account which I have no clue of I cannot trust FNB as a bank to keep my funds safe as they are not reliable to do so 4 TIMES IN THE LAST YEAR!!!! UNACCEPTABLE.
