Cannot port out of fnb connect for over a year

It's been over a year and after numerous calls and attempts to port out of FNB I still cannot, despite consultants from FNB insisting there is no issue and I must try to port out again, basically all the other network providers advise not to port until FND sorts the issue out as they experienced the same issues from customers, cell c cannot assist me also as my no. Was a cell c no previously and fnb connect roams on cell c. I have a prepaid fnb connect Sim that is unable to port but no FND connect consultant can help me other then saying its fine, alot of time and money has been lost because of this as this cell no.
