Cannot Open an Account - How pathetic is that…

I app**** to open a business bank account on line. I was called by an agent within an hour and the account set up. A week later I received my debit card. Now I cannot use my account or card as there seems to be some issue with the account stating that it’s not been activated. I have called the FNB customer care 5 times thus far, did 2 ATM visits to resolve and no luck. I called in again today and threatened to change to another bank if the issue was not resolved. I was promised a call by 2pm and it did not materialize. It’s now 6pm and nothing from FNB, not even a courtesy call to say they working on the issue… Guess they have lost me as a customer for life… Gonna go back to ABSA, they can at the least open up a bank account…
