Cannot Open a Business Bank account

I tried opening a business account today at FNB Traderoute Mall but the branch was unable to assist as my business partner resides in Cape Town and I am in JHB. They refused to accommodate me and suggested I go to a different bank to open an account. Needless to say I went to Std Bank and opened my account. I will be closing ALL my FNB accounts and moving my entire portfolio including my wife's account to Std Bank ..
