Cannot give info as required

I e-mailed Ebucks to find out how my favourite NPO can apply to get ebucks donations as I know of a couple of people who would like to donate their Ebucks to this NPO.<br> <br> I received quite a rude response saying that I should contact Greater Good SA who apparently decides which NPO deserves Ebucks donations and that they cannot just add an NPO. I never asked them to just add the NPO. I asked how they can apply.<br> <br> I then contacted Greater Good SA and Carmen told me that they no longer work with Ebucks and referred me to Ebucks.<br> <br> Can someone with authority please provide me with the info and the application doccuments or info regarding the application process???<br> <br> I have been an FNB client for years and would like to donate my Ebucks to this specific cause.
