Cannot get through to Sales

Good Day<br> <br> I wanted to move my insurance to FNB as I have been a customer for years, I have tried the call back feature on the web site but to no avail you guys don't phone me back, I tried calling the call center sales department but to my amazement this is the second or third day I cannot get through, I tried to press 2 for sales but the ARV just says we experiencing higher than normal call volumes and drops me back to the main menu<br> <br> This is horrific , do you guys want our business or not or must we rather stick to our current insurance provider, I thought seeing we are a FNB customer it will be easier to manage our policy and get things sorted <br> <br> Please come back to me on this as soon as possible
