Cannot get through to human beings!!!

I have lost my patience with FNB! I am trying to get through to customer care and I cannot get past your annoying AI robot who cannot recognize my National ID number! What nonsense is this!!!? Please let me speak to a friggin’ human CONSULTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
