Cannot get through to ***** hotline

Cannot get through to the ***** hotline. Been on hold for over 20min and going to run out of airtime soon. Tried secure chat through the app but they can't even see the problem transaction and now the card is blocked which means I cannot report the ***** through the app. So much for your call is important to us...
