Cannot Get Out OF Debt Review by FNB after all my accounts have been settled!

I have been trying to get hold of FNB since December 2021 as I have been told that my debt review accounts have been cleared by FNB however other banks are still flagging me under debt review due to FNB not clearing the system. The clearance letters was sent to FNB in 2021 by my Debt Councilor (NCRDC 1362) clearing me that I am no longer in debt review. I believe FNB has not yet updated their systems regarding debt review debt, the debt review indicator needs to be changed from Yes to No. I have been calling non stop, I have spoken to Abdulah and a few other others at the debt review center who keep telling me that my profile will be cleared of DEBT REVIEW within 48hour.

This is a mistake on FNB's end and they are not willing to correct it. I am up in arms and really need this cleared so that we can sell our house and move to some place more affordable.
