Cannot get hold of Debt Review center.

I am trying to settle three debt review accounts with them. I have received my settlement letter but the account number doesn't correspond. I have tried phoning them a few times, but no answer, just waiting and waiting. I then sent them an email requesting someone to contact me, but not even a reply to my email.
