CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE TO ASSIST ME AT FIDUCIARY SERICE SUITE - ESTATE LATE DEPT

I have been trying for an hour and a half this morning to get hold of someone in the Wills and Estates Departments. NONE of the listed telephone numbers work for FNB. This has become an urgent issue, where I need a response from the estate regarding the sale of the house that is part of the estate. I have sent an email to *** and *** and ***. In the past, when sending an email to this department, there is a pattern of no response. This is extremely frustrating; do you not actually want to verbally speak to your clients anymore? Please can somebody contact me urgently!!
