Cannot get hold of anyone

For 5 days Now I have been trying to get hold of Someone in FNB Business I received my bank card but my account has not been activated yet

I have been holding on on a telephone call NO ANSWER AT ALL!!!! FNB facebook says they will get someone Which still has not happened And a complaint on the website means nothing as well
