CANNOT GET HOLD OF A PERSON AT THE LOANS DEPARTMENT ON EXISTING LOAN
I have been attempting to call the Loans department several times I hang on for 22 minutes and still cannot get to speak to anyone to find out how I can pay my FNB loans because this accounts are no longer on debt review.
