CANNOT GET HELP ON THEIR OH SO "EASY" HELPLINES!!

How much airtime must be wasted before you can be put through to get help then when you get in contact they transfer you but then end the call so you need to call back. And even when you go into the bank no one can assist you but rather get sent to a phone!!! FNB WILL BE LOOSING MANY TO THEIR COMPETITION FOR THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLVING! SUCH A HIGH AND REPUTABLE COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM!
