Cannot get a simple statement
Worst service ever. I have a credit card under debt review. All I need is a credit card statement for the months prior to it going under debt review. That's all I need. I keep getting bounced between credit cards division and debt review department, and nobody seems to know how to assist me. I think I've spent around 2 hours today with the phone to my ear. Absolutely ***********
