cannot get a paid-up letter from FNB
I'm having a problem getting a paid-up letter. I've paid the account but cannot seem to get through to anyone that will help me with such a simple thing. Why is it all the other creditors are able to send the paid up letter as soon as the payment has been done but I can't get FNB to do it???? Please I'd like to clear my name and be done with debt.
