Cannot get a confirmation letter for my business acc

I’m utterly disappointed with FNB business department!!! They cannot offer a simple letter of confirmation and tell me that some mandate is incomplete- now I will lose a business opportunity with this- they claim that they have sent this so called mandate and nothing has been received from my side. I’ve waisted my time and airtime just to get a confirmation letter for my business account. Really disgusted !!!!!
