Cannot excess money via ewallet

It's sad to see such a big bank like fnb which invented the ewallet service which has now being adopted by many banks. Fnb is now the biggest failure , we get charged so much bank fees for service we don't even get to use, sms have been sent about service fee increase Mara your service is ****. Too expensive for nothing.
