Cannot even close a current account, that how pathetic they are

I am trying to close my current account and credit card with FNB. I have not used FNB since 2021. This process is near impossible, FNB does not care cause they just keep on charging me account fees. I have phoned every number and I have done every secure chat, nothing is being done. The most *********** pathetic bank ever! There complaints link on their site does not even work. Avoid them like the plague
