Cannot downgrade account
Terrible service. I have contact them multiple times via secure chat and even raised a complaint on their website. Someone did contact me eventually, but never did anything. I tried a MONTH ago to drop my account status to gold, they told me 14 working days. I don't want you useless people to keep charging me for a service you cannot provide!

11 Mar 2021, 11:54Thats great. You guys have in fact still done nothing. How many complaints do I need to log to get an actual response? Or is the only way out to move to another bank?
