Cannot do anything online

Honestly been trying for months to change my phone number. Cannot get OTP's or anything. Will be giving some other institution a chance. Cannot believe that they want me to go into a bank to change my phone number and reset online banking details. Honestly, ***!!! Talking about moving backwards.
