Cannot close KULULA credit card!!

I have been trying to close my Kulula credit card to no avail. Whenever I phone the numbers given to me to phone, it says I am through to Kulula Card but then eventually I keep ending up at FNB card services. They then say they’ll put me through to Kulula and I go round and round in circles. I paid off my card completely in December and sent an email as instructed, to close my card. Was told to wait 7-14 working days. Heard nothing. In the meantime they have charged me interest and card fees. A request was sent to reverse those by Katlego but still nothing has been done. You can’t go to a branch, you can’t close it over the phone, you can do anything but email them and face being unanswered every single time. This is ********. I just want to close the card yet they make it so difficult and just want to make money out of fees for something you don’t want. FNB, you own this card and get you are not willing to help.
