CANNOT ACCESS ONLINE BANKING! How FNB can help me...

I have been struggling for more than a year to access my online banking account. Im stuck for my account to be validated. I've phoned. I've gone to the ATM. I've gone to a branch. Nobody understands, wants to help and most likely have been trained to assist. I have given up and mustered the courage to retry only to hit the same bricks that stop me dead in my tracks. I have tried a number of times to link my account but no joy, luck or progress. "How can we help you?"- Very ironic.
