Cannot access my accounts from overseas anymore

Help please. I am an expat living in Canada and suddenly this month, I cannot access my account.. I am unable to surf to FNB unlike usual, and without facial recognition, I cannot do my transactions on the app. I am stuck with payments in SA that needs to be done, and FNB's new security features is making it impossible for me to use my bank account.
