Candice dealt with a very urgent matter of mine regarding documents I require within minutes of calling her. She is a rockstar banker. What cool customer service. I would like to request that she is assigned to my accounts as this is the type of service that made FNB great in the first place which has been lacking a little of late. Thanks Candice . . . . .
