Cancelling my FNB account

They broke in by us and stole a lot including banks cards. Since we tried to order new cards we had issues. Eventually we got a card and it work for a few days. Today FNB complety disabled our account. Our card stopped working and kept giving errors. When we phone they refuse to help us because the card doesn't work woth the authorisation process. I spent almost 3 hours today sorting it out. They just refuse and say its my problem. We then tried to transfer money to ewallet that money just disappeared. After a long struggled I managed on my own to reverse it. When i phone ewallet service the 2nd time she was so arrogant and refused to help me or put me through to a supervisor, all she did was put me on hold and heard her laughing in the background. I then managed to get someone to help me and said there was a system error with my account and should be sorted out. We then went away for the weekend trying to pay i card stopped working. I phoned to sort it out. The women said sorry fnb cannot help me because the card cant be used to authenticate. Its your problem to pay. Its a appalling that a bank treats you like this after a break in and trying to pay for a bill. So now I am going to cancel my FNB account. Fnb was great at a stage but now they will leave you to fend for yourself or even laugh at you.
