Cancelling my Credit card

Good day,<br> <br> I have been trying to cancel my Credit card since the beginning August. I have sent 3 emails and even called Credit Card Div call centre. I requested a settlement figure, which was given to me after calling. The agent informed Me that after settling the outstanding amount, my account will be closed and card cancelled with in 7 days
