Cancelling FNB Overdraft Facility
I Bank with FNB and I have overdraft on my account. I do not want to have the overdraft anymore and just want to cancel it. I have tried to cancel online but I couldn't and I only managed to decrease the overdraft to R1. I then contacted FNB ********** and they made me wait for a while before the call was transferred and even after I was transferred I just kept holding and no one ever answered until I gave up. why is it so hard to Cancel Overdraft???
