Cancelled funeral cover without my consent

A consultant called me Friday for a life cover which we spoke to about 47 . To my surprise a debit order of my funeral policy went off today and life cover was gonna be debited this month . I went to FNB Rosebank where I told a guy I had a query and he gave me the phone without asking anything . I spoke to the consultant on the phone which I cancelled my life cover. Then guy named Thabang then Assisted me saying he will re activate the life cover he apologized for any inconvenience, he then said I must dispute the payment that was debited today for my funeral cover . Then I said I will come back but left funeral cover active . To my surprise I received an sms saying my funeral cover has been cancelled . How come cause I didn’t cancel the funeral policy . FNB consultant made me to dispute the amount . I have been paying my policy since 2016 without any problem . Every time FNB sell something to me there is always problems . And the sales agents they all lie about the benefits of their products. I am unhappy . Now I have to spend airtime and reinstate the funeral policy.
