Cancelled debit orders going through.

Every month I have this challenge with FNB…debit orders which I have cancelled and also cancelled with the service provider still goes off. For instance planet fitness closed down and I’ve cancelled all debit order but they still do. Now I’m being charged for debit orders that I long disputed with Fnb and unpaid purchases yet I had the money when I was making payments.

Is it possible to reverse these failed debit orders and transactions I find this to be unfair.
