cancelled debit orders and charging me for it

I cancelled debit orders via your app and confirmed they are cancelled because I am not working right now but you guys still processed the debit orders yesterday and then proceeded to charge R105 x 2 for unpaid item that I cancelled. Those debit orders were for the fnb life policy and the legal wise debit order. Can you can rectify this and reverse those charges because I am not at fault for that. This is happened last month as well and honestly it is annoying
