cancelled credit card , called today no action .

I called fnb a few days ago to cancel my credit card I spoke to Mandisa the ref number was my Id , she told me it will be cancelled after 7 days . Today I called in the lady who assisted said nothing shows the credit card is cancelled instead its just paid up . I ask her to cancel it she tells me she will have to ref it to Mandisa to do the rest of the work since I spoke to her before , one of their ways to try and gain interest while they don't give service , I WILL APPRECIATE THAT THE CREDIT CARD GET CANCELLED TODAY .
