Cancelled card total costs R220. 00? Consultant not providing all info regarding costs...

There were ********** activities on my kid's fnby card which is linked to mine and both cards were cancelled by ***** department and they informed me I need to go to the branch for another card. At the branch they told us we are going to be charged for a new card and I agreed and they made temporary cards for each of us. Little did we know that we are going to be charged twice.. For a temporary card and for a permanent card. The consultant didn't mention that it's gona be a charge for each of which I would have declined the temporary card as there was really no need since a card takes just a few days to be delivered. In other words to have a card costs R220. 00 at fnb.. That's a total ******* and given the fact that you are not fully informed of all the charges it's day light *******.
