Cancelled Account

to be exact, FNB is full of ****!

On Friday I did a transfer to a savings pocket linked to a business account which y'all cancelled.

I think the logic is, if a primary account is cancelled, a secondary account linked to that account should also be cancelled. Why would fnb not cancel that savings pocket which was linked to the business account? Why leave it active?

I made numerous calls to the Business Dept and the last call I spoke to Leon who was very unhelpful. I told Leon that I was at the branch earlier to fica that savings pocket (As advised on Friday evening by the business department) and I asked why is it the my money is still not accessible? Leon told me that he couldn't locate the business account linked to my name and therefore couldn't help me, but I need to call the Personal Acc Dept. Which I found very strange because the savings pocket that I can't access is linked to the cancelled business account.

I then asked him to give the Premier Dept number and he gave me an ********** 569, to my shock I asked him "are you sure it's an 084 number?" He rep**** by saying "Yes". I called that number only to establish that it's an incorrect number. Now I'm honestly being treated like ass

i googled for the contacts details for Premier Banking and I spoke to Rueben, who was just as unhelpful.

Unfortunately on Friday my car was ****** and I lost all my particulars, things like an ID and my cards too.

I really don't understand why FNB call center has one verification process and that is being put through a system that prompts you to enter your last six digits of your card and the password. Isnt there any other verification process either than that? So if I don't have my card, I don't get helped by FNB?

i really feel like no one at FNB is willing to assist me or care to help with my query and regarding my money. I feel like everyone I have dealt with is passing the buck, that "a specific" dept has to be the one that should assist.

You fnb are ******* and I don't understand why I have to be so frustrated by simply trying to have my money on my personal account. I just had a car ****** and you are just being ****s and I really don't need this stupid stress that y'all are bringing when I'm dealing with my other personal issues

CAN I ****EN GET MY MONEY BACK ONTO MY ****EN PERSONAL ACCOUNT. IS THAT ****EN TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?
