cancellation of subscriptions i never made

On the 22 of march 2020 money has been deducted from my account by helpmebil.com. Again in the 25th of march 2020 another deduction was made on my account. Apparently both these companies claim i have subscribed their services but the funny thing is i don`t even remember visiting their sites.

Can you please cancel these subscriptions and if possible reverse the payments as i really need the money, had it not been for this pandemic i would have visited the fnb branch
