Cancellation of overdraft facility

What a mission to cancel an overdraft facility! I have been trying to cancel my overdraft facility for 2 days! I don’t know whether the representatives are not trained to direct a person to the relevant department. I have wasted so much airtime being sent from pillar to post. I have been able to decrease the facility, but I am unable to completely close/cancel the overdraft facility. Fix this!
